Access to the Club
The club is open during daylight hours throughout the calendar year however docks are typically only in place between the months of April to October. Only members in good standing can access the grounds and any guests must be accompanied by a club member to access the facilities.
Members accessing the club are responsible for opening and closing the gate upon arrival and departure from the club. First in open the gate and last out must close the gate.
Please note that is is the responsibility of each and every member of the club to keep the facilities clean so please "leave no trace".

Membership
Black Rock Boat Club has limited membership which is capped at 60 individuals. Members who wish to apply must complete a membership application and also have an active member as a sponsor to join. If accepted, new members will have to pay a one time new member fee plus the annual membership fee for that calendar year. All members are required to participate in club work parties. These include spring commissioning and fall winterization as well as other activities required for the general upkeep of the facilities.
For each activity performed a log of hours will be kept for each individual until they have reached their annual quota of work hours for the year. Those who do not reach the work quota will be responsible for paying the club for the work hours not performed. Note, the work load is not onerous and anyone who has any physical ailments or other personal reasons for not being able to contribute will be given non strenuous tasks to complete to reach their quota.
