About the Club
Black Rock Boat Club is a family focused water-sports enthusiast club located on the beautiful Schuylkill river in Southeastern Pennsylvania. The club appeals to young and old, those who love the excitement of an early morning barefoot session to those who just enjoy watching the sunset fade behind the trees.
We are a DIY club and manage and maintain the grounds and facilities entirely on our own. All members chip in on the work and keep the costs and dues low. Plus we like to get our hands dirty!
The club features a deepwater ramp, gravel parking lot and a series of floating docks where members dock their boat during daylight hours. There are a number of nice picnic benches and there is plenty of room to throw a frisbee or football around.
There is no overnight storage of boats at the club and we make sure that when we leave at the end of the day the club looks better than it did when we all arrived.
